In the WORD OF GOD 1 Chronicles 12:32
in the Authorized King James Version
It is written
And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred;
and all their brethren were at their commandment.
You may not be one of the sons or daughters of Issachar through Genealogy.
However as an heir of the Kingdom of GOD through JESUS CHRIST you may have the gift of discerning the times. You are an heir of JESUS CHRIST according to Romans 8:1-17 when you walk by the HOLY GHOST and are led by the HOLY GHOST.
